spell checked word the app crashes.
Perry Hickman created FLEX-35355:
------------------------------------
Summary: If you tap on the red underlined spell checked word the app crashes.
Key: FLEX-35355
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-35355
Project: Apache Flex
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Spark: TextArea
Affects Versions: Apache Flex 4.15.0
Environment: Android version 7.0 maybe others; Using SDK 4.15 Air 23 PF 23. I also built with an older SDK and it also had the same issue (4.13 Air 15 PF 15). It only fails on some devices, such as the Samsung-sm-J3227A, but we have customer with other devices that have this issue.
Reporter: Perry Hickman
Attachments: SampleTestTextAreaHomeView.mxml
I created a very simple sample project that only had one view with 6 <s:TextArea controls. I used skins and unskinned, Tried different properties. Nothing kept it from failing on the TextArea skin or unskinned control that had spell check available. Tried bring into the project the skins.StageTextAreaSkin to trouble shoot without luck.
