Unattended installation under Windows

Hello @all!

Is there any possibilty for an unattended installation under Windows? Which
installer is used for the installation? If it were InstallShield, then I
could create a setup.iss file for a silent installation.
Why isn't a msi-file available like for Apache??
Any ideas??
