   # Background
   
   In order to improve the support of PostgreSQL parse, we need to recheck the PostgreSQL syntax definition, PostgreSQL Statement build and sharding route rewrite logic.
   
   # Tasks
   1. Refer to the [official documentation](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/13/index.html) to check the PostgreSQL syntax definition;
   2. Refer to MySQL Statement to improve the support of PostgreSQL Statement;
   3. Refer to the case in the integration test to improve the PostgreSQL support;
