### What happened
dolphinscheduler version:3.2.1
When the administrator authorizes resource files for other users in user management, the drop-down list displays nothing and no data. There is a file list in my resource center, but there is no authorized file list when authorizing.
The resource center directory is as follows:
### What you expected to happen
When authorizing resources, the administrator cannot authorize other users. This will cause the resources to fail to be authorized after the project is authorized, and these data files cannot be referenced in the task workflow.
