Interesting patch!   Can you share a bit more about the use case for this?   In general, for streaming, I mentally think that it's all about "Let me get lots of records in one big batch"...   You could I guess do this with a direct search() right?   with a start and rows parameters?   Does using the pagination to iteretively go through various chunks of the stream set turn out to be really expensive?  If I do start = 0, rows 3, and then start=3 rows, 3, do I rerun the entire streaming expression?   I appreciate you adding the docs...   Did you run the tidy gradle task for formatting?
