Event 1.0 Released (at least RC 1)
I put the Event 1.0 binaries up in the release area. Before I make
general notifications, I would like to get some comments--and possibly
any reason why I need to alter the release. I think one reason would
be a list of dependencies.
We may have to cut our own release of Commons Collections (snapshot...)
so that we can remove the dependency on Avalon Collections. Also, we
may want to migrate to Doug Lea's thread utilities. Comments are
appreciated.

I made a snapshot of Commons-Collections, and placed it in Event-lib.
I also modified Event to use Commons-Collections. That removes the
dependency on Excalibur-Collections.
