Problem: the Apache httd, running normally otherwise, giving an error message
and exiting, when a dll file exists in the /modules directory. The error
message is saying that a file is not in the form of SO and perhaps corrupted.

I am integrating Oracle9i Personal Edition isqlplus web-based tool with
Apache_1.3.2.4-win32 httd, installed separately at home. Oracle9i installation
provides for a plug-in (mod_ioplus.dll) for Apache web server. This plug in
must be started by the Apache httpd.
