Html manager fields

Someone posted this question 2 months ago, but never got an answer.

When I look at the tomcat 4.1 manager app, the following fields appear in
the Install area:
Path
Config URL
WAR URL

I understand the war file syntax, but the documentation never mentions these
fields or how they are used.  Any additional information would be
appreciated.
