> {{traffic_manager}} does it's own argument parsing. We should nuke that code and use {{ink_args}} API. Unfortunately this is not backwards compatible because {{ink_args}} uses double hyphens, and {{traffic_manager}} peculiarly only uses a single hyphen for long options.
