Jenkins build is not started for PR

Hi everyone!

I created a PR recently: https://github.com/apache/hive/pull/1262 <https://github.com/apache/hive/pull/1262>
The travis build started, and succeeded, but the Jenkins didn’t, and also label (test pending) were not added to the PR. 
Do anyone know what happened/what to do with this? Can I somehow trigger it manually?
