iploc IP to location commands (experimental).

This is different from what the documentation lists as options:

Thank you for reporting this issue. Do not hesitate to update the documentation with your output.
Please, notice that following an upgrade of the rendering library, Baremaps v0.7.1 displays a blank map. This has been fixed in the main branch, but we yet have to drop a new release.
