Access data in navigation template, set in screen template

Hi!!

Is it possible to access data in a navigation template that you set in a
screen template.

I have a template in the "navigation" directory and would like to print
out a title in that template.
The problem is that the title vary dependig on the screen. Different
screens will have different titles.

Is this possible or not,
