Noticed that on the deployed [UCS documentation page |https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/5.0/cassandra/managing/operating/compaction/ucs.html] that formulas don't render properly.

This appears to be because MathJax (among other js) can't be loaded.

When generating the site locally the formulas render properly.  Likely that we need self host MathJax and jquery or update the policy.
