This change will introduce a KnoxSSO extension to collect email address as username, generate a magiclink for use to access the cluster.

Requires:
 * email address collection
 * email/domain validation
 * magiclink generation with one-time use limit
 * url to convert the magiclink in to a knoxsso cookie
