Cannot find staging artifact

Hi.

I'm a PMC member of the Apache Velocity project.

I uploaded the following staging repository on October 4th (five days ago).

https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachevelocity-1023

and then closed it.

The vote has passed, and I want to promote the artifact, but I cannot
manage to find the repository among the listed staged repositories.

Can you please tell me what happens?
