Configuring CVS

Hi All,
Please help me out with the below.
I have just downloaded winCVS, CAn someone please tell me as to how I go
about configuring it. I need to download
the following source.
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/jakarta-jetspeed-2/struts-portlet/

Please advise
