if (ps.isDocumentSummaryInformation()) the PID_COMPANY is updated
successfully.
Is it possible to update both Summary and DocumentSummary in one pass
(without writing and calling a WriteTitle and a WriteCompany ?
If so, can you suggest some coding ?

there any caveat if rewriting directly into origin POI, that seems to work

No, you can't, because these Summary and DocumentSummary are separated
streams. Each of them has to be written by itself.
