If you want a tutorial that is specific to Felix, then there isn't one 
yet...if you want one that is just about OSGi basics, then this one for 
Oscar is still generally ok:

    http://oscar-osgi.sourceforge.net/tutorial/

You can pretty easily adapt this to Felix after downloading the 0.8.0 
release (or building Felix from source) and reading:

    http://cwiki.apache.org/FELIX/apache-felix-usage-documentation.html


At some point, we will finish porting the above tutorial to Felix...I 
will put it on my list.
