JMS Server portlet - Edits to JMS Network Listener are lost upon server restart

Edits to JMS Network Listeners through JMS Server portlet are lost upon server restart.
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Under Console Navigation, click on "JMS Server" link.
2. Click on "edit" link provided against any JMS Network Listener.
3. Modify host, port and click "Save"
4. Restart the server and access JMS Server portlet again. Changes done in step 3 are lost.

I think the recent fix to ActiveMQ should have fixed this, but it still needs testing.
