Enabled logs archiving for Maven Pr Builder

Hi,
I have enabled the "archiver" of the workspace in the PR precommit job (1)
in order to debug a very strange issue with some stale source file seen
while trying to get a blue build on this PR (2)

Apparently once I have changed the configuration of the job the error
disappeared.
I will be back with news
