started a techniques/pitfalls wiki
I notice a lot of projects in tracing in general failing for reasons
including not knowing some advanced problems and techniques. I've
started a wiki and will jot down some things I know as I get smacked
with them. Feel free to contribute.

PS I filed the wiki under "Instrumentation Techniques" but seem the
page is still named Java.. I guess this is a normal flat namespace
problem and likely would need to rename this
