'Insert$Enhance_1 : Repetitive method name/signature' problem

I have a problem with the following error occurring when I try a couple
of tapestry pages within a frame.

 

Does anyone know what might cause this??

 

org.apache.tapestry.ApplicationRuntimeException: Unable to define class
org.apache.tapestry.components.Insert$Enhance_1:
org/apache/tapestry/components/Insert$Enhance_1 (Repetitive method
name/signature)
