[Issue 126817] New: Cannot install update 4.1.2
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126817
Issue ID: 126817
Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Cannot install update 4.1.2
Product: Installation
Version: 4.1.2
Hardware: All
OS: Mac OS X 10.11
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 (lowest)
Component: update notifications
Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
Reporter: skepill@ktis.net
I download the update but it will not install. The install button is not
lighted and I click on the download it appears on the screen with an arrow
pointing to the Apple library but it's not in the library. I'm sure I am
missing something simple here. I have disabled the protection and allowed the
downloads from others. Help please?
