Just as we have source directories for Java ({{src/main/java}}) and Scala ({{src/main/scala}}), we should create a Python directory ({{src/main/python}}) and move our {{SystemML.py}} file (currently at {{src/main/java/org/apache/sysml/api/python/SystemML.py}}) to this location.

{{src/main/java/org/apache/sysml/api/python/SystemML.py}} --> {{src/main/python/SystemML.py}}
