It is fine to mention tricky and surprising things like this in multiple places. The JIRA reference could maybe be updated to point to a more up-to-date version, and we _could_ link to the FAQ item to reduce redundancy a bit.
However this PR goes into the wrong direction, hence I'm closing it.
