Kafka Consumers not getting displayed in the Kafka Manager

Hi All,

Issue: Randomly kafka consumers do not show up in the kafka manager. After
the restart of the consumers they will get displayed. And sometimes they
will take time to display.

Kafka : 2.12-3.2.0
CMAK:3.0.0.5

Please help.
