### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
FindMinMaxAvx2 in parquet/level_comparison_avx2.cc is not vectorised.
I checked this with GCC 16 and Clang 21 at -O2 and -O3, with and without -mavx2.
