Speeding up the site plugin
Is there any way to avoid this when running site:site or site:stage?
[INFO] The goal
'org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-javadoc-plugin:2.6.1:javadoc' has not

The current practice in use at the Maven project is to put all reports
into a profile, that is not activated by default. For an example see
line 268 onwards in the plugins parent:
