Able to repro the issue.
Below are the details of the setup.
MS:10.147.38.156:8080/client admin/password
CLI:root/password
Xenserver5.6sp2:10.147.40.12
root/password

Tried to ping the default public ip10.147.47.1 from ssvm .....there arp reply
