Tech Interchange

Sorry I had forgotten to send out a reminder late last week about the
Interchange, which in turn contrbuted to a very small ( two person )
meeting. Justin and I had a lovely chat but, not about anything
OpenWhisk related. So we cut it short and resolved to try again in two
weeks.

I volunteer to moderated the next one as well. I will also try and
remember to send out the call for agenda items.
