[RESULT][VOTE] Airflow Providers - release of 2021-02-27

Hello,

Apache Airflow Providers (based on RC1) have been accepted.

3 “+1” binding votes received:
- Jarek Potiuk  (binding)
- Kaxil Naik (binding)

We are going to release all providers except the four providers that we
found problems with and we are going to release an ad-hoc release for those
very soon:

The providers to release with bug-fixes/changes:

* amazon 1.2.0
* apache.spark: 1.0.2
* cncf.kubernetes: 1.0.2
* google: 2.1.0
* jenkins: 1.1.0
* mysql: 1.0.2
* qubole: 1.0.2
* slack: 3.0.0
* tableau: 1.0.0
* telegram: 1.0.2

Providers with doc only changes:

* apache-hive: 1.0.2
* dingding: 1.0.2
* docker: 1.0.2
* elasticsearch: 1.0.2
* exasol: 1.1.1
* http: 1.1.1
* neo4j: 1.0.1
* openfaas: 1.1.1
* papermill: 1.0.2
* presto: 1.0.2
* sendgrid: 1.0.2
* sftp: 1.1.1
* sqlite: 1.0.2
* ssh: 1.2.0

The providers that are deferred and we are going to release as ad-hoc
release soon:

* apache.druid, microsoft.azure, apache.beam, snowflake

I'll continue with the release process, and the release announcement will
follow shortly.
