配置完etcd后,服务能正常访问,但过了5分钟左右,服务提供端开始出现:{"level":"warn","ts":"2025-12-24T14:48:58.722+0800","logger":"etcd-client","caller":"v3@v3.5.7/lease.go:533","msg":"lease keepalive response queue is full; dropping response send","queue-size":16,"queue-capacity":16}
### 🔄 重现步骤
运行后,5分钟左右开始自动报错.
### ✅ 预期行为
应该能正常使用
### ❌ 实际行为
运行5分钟后,内部异常.

不是etcd实例程序爆的错, 重启下go程序又好了.
应该是dubbo go向etcd反馈健康状态时发生了错误, 然后一定时间一直队列满了(lease keepalive response queue is full), 不再向etcd反馈,然后go服务(提供者)自己下线.
