For JMS <-> AMQP mapping support, The AMQP protocol manager should detect JMS capabilities and properly recreate any subscriptions queues on a durable subscription.  As per JMS spec a durable subscrtipion queue should be recreated if either the address, no-local boolean or selector changes.
