The DSL should support function arguments in single quotes.

This blueprint fails to deploy:

The error is "Error evaluating node '$brooklyn:config('lc')': Expected a function name at position 17".

{{DslParser}} and {{StringEscapes}} (the latter called via {{QuotedString}}) should be changed to support single-quoted values.
