a hadoop build question

Where and how javadoc.sh file gets created? The only reference to the file
after the build is completed is at
build/hadoop/rpm/BUILD/hadoop-2.7.1-src/target/site/hadoop-project/api/javadoc.sh

It's been a while since I looked deeply into Hadoop build, but I think this is
one of errors they still have in it. Bigto doesn't do anything with it nor is
having any special plans for it. If you need to get this warning (IIRC) fixed,
I'd go to dev@common.hadoop.aache.org
