[GitHub] [trafficcontrol] mikeV02 opened a new pull request, #6812: Correct __HOSTNAME__ for short hostName unknown files generated by T3C

mikeV02 opened a new pull request, #6812:
URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/pull/6812

This corrects a bug where using the placeholder `__HOSTNAME__` in "unknown" files (others than the defaults ones), was being replaced by the full FQDN instead of the shot hostname.

   ## Which Traffic Control components are affected by this PR?
<!-- Please delete all components from this list that are NOT affected by this PR.

   ## What is the best way to verify this PR?

If your PR has tests (and most should), provide the steps needed to run the tests.
If not, please provide step-by-step instructions to test the PR manually and explain why your PR does not need tests. -->
To trigger the issue create any non-default file for ATS in the parameters and associate with the ATS profile:
       - Create a location parameter to the path on ATS you want, name the file to something like test_hostname_unk
       - And create another parameter with the content of that file, something like `I want the hostname, but T3C gave the FQDN __HOSTNAME__`

   ## If this is a bugfix, which Traffic Control versions contained the bug?
<!-- Delete this section if the PR is not a bugfix, or if the bug is only in the master branch.
   Examples:
   - 5.1.2
   - 5.1.3 (RC1)
    -->
   - All

Review Comment:
Nitpick: This could be removed, since t3c-preprocess will do this. But not a huge deal, behaves correctly.
