Nicira NVP + CloudStack 4.1

Are there setup guide for the configuration of Nicira NVP and CloudStack 4.1?

There is the setup guide in the CloudStack documentation (http://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/en-US/Apache_CloudStack/4.0.0-incubating/html/CloudStack_Nicira_NVP_Guide/index.html) . It is a bit outdated and I will try to improve it. It doesn't list the new layer 3 features present in 4.1.
There is also a video on how to setup CloudStack with Nicira NVP at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-FgHni7W34

I still need to update the nvp plugin guide. It's a bit outdated and the new features are not in there yet.
Also the admin guide makes no mention of SDN support at all.
Guess I have some work to do there as well. I'll get to it ASAP.
