[PR] fix(types): require map key type during JSON decoding [iceberg-go]
fallintoplace opened a new pull request, #1711:

MapType JSON decoding checked key-id but allowed a missing key type to leave KeyType nil.
This returns ErrInvalidSchema at the JSON boundary when the required key field is missing.
Tests:
- go test ./... -count=1
