If you were _really_ channeling maxb, properties.c would have been an
add-with-history with a bunch of lines deleted from it. (: At least,
that's what he did in libsvn_ra_dav/reports.

Oh yeah. Subversion can do that, can't it? What? Copies, huh?
(Let's see if r21113 suits as a repair job.)
