Create a new Flow Analysis Rule for Load Balancing. It should have options to create a possible violation for each of the load balancing strategies:
 * Do not load balance
 * Partition by attribute
 * Round robin
 * Single node

In addition, if any active load balancing strategy (i.e. all non-"Do not load balance" strategies) are allowed, have additional options to allow/disallow compression. The compression is further broken down to attribnutes-only or attributes plus content.
