We'd like to add footers to the user, dev, issues, reviews and commits lists @spark.apache.org to remind people how to manage their subscription. Here's a sample footer for user@spark.apache.org:

To unsubscribe, email: user-unsubscribe@spark.apache.org
For additional commands, email: user-help@spark.apache.org

(And we should have similar footers for dev@, issues@, reviews@ and commits@).

As a separate question, does our mailing list software support adding a permalink in the footer of each message (pointing to the right URL on mail-archives.apache.org)? If so it would be great to include that too. It can just be an additional line like this:
