A Problem

Sometimes a heading is repeated on the top of the next page, so actually in the middle 
of the text. Anybody else noticed this?

This is because I haven't finished keep-with-next yet. To avoid the problem,
don't use keep-with-next. I'll get it fixed soon. My flight is tomorrow
which is why I've been out of action.
