SolidWallOfCode opened a new pull request, #9830:

   This fixes a somewhat obscure dangling temporary problem in `IPSpace` which was detected in testing, not production. However it was impossible to fix without some changes to the API therefore this is a minor release. In terms of the ATS code base only one line had to be changed to be compatible which isn't bad.
   
   This version is also now being tested by Coverity with no reported issues.
