To allow for new implementations to be considered
 * Tidy TimeoutMap interface by removing some methods that expose too much of the single implementation
 * Pull up the listener support added in camel-jms / camel-rabbitmq
 * Avoid extending DefaultTimeoutMap, prefer decorating TimeoutMap or listening to it
