Currently tagsync gets details of Atlas tag updates via Kafka notifications. In addition, tagsync should be able to periodically pull complete tag info directly from Atlas. This will help address cases where Ranger tagsync might miss some tag update Kafka notifications - perhaps due to the notifications getting deleted/expired when tagsync was not available.
