[PATCH] Enhanced Tstamp

Hope this is better now. Still have no clue what this funny file should be
good for :-)

Otherwise better take the complete file (See my Mail with [SUBMIT] Enhanced
Tstamp)

Sorry Thomas, for this as for the other stuff you've submitted, I
haven't found the time to look at it yet. It's marked as something I
want to come back to, but ...

A few weeks ago I posted a tiny enhancement for <tstamp>
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=ant-dev&m=97440319302833&w=2). It was only
a minor addition to the task but it is helping us a lot. Do I need to
improve something or is there no need for this functionality ?

It allows us to see exactly what changed and what didn't without having to
compare the two files by hand. That is important. It also allows us to
quickly "patch" our own files.
