[Issue 126457] Mac accent menu missing

I was able to replicate the bug.
I used this configuration:
AOO: 4.1.3
OS Version: Mac OS X 10.11.6 (Build 15G31)

I tested the bug for many OpenOffice solutions like:
 -> Text Document
 -> Spreadsheet
 -> Presentation
 -> Drawing

The problem can be replicated for all these OpenOffice solutions

I tested the problem on other text editor like Microsoft Word and Notes from
the same Mac and on these editors I could received a various of accented
character options. 

Reading the OO forums and OO documentation related to how to use the special
characters I was able to use special marks on OO. In order to use them we have
to press keys: Alt+E for ´ accent and then the letter for which we want to use
the accent.
