Hi, I started looking around MXNet.
I just wanted to let you know that the links to "Contents/Social Media" and "Contents/Contribute to MXNet" throw 403 error.
This might have impact on first impression of the framework to newcomers.

Thanks for reporting the issue, @kbumsik! At the moment, there's an issue that prevents direct linking to the page in mxnet master branch document. You can find those pages by going to https://mxnet.apache.org/, select master branch in the version selector in the upper right, and then click on "Contribute to MXNet" in the bottom left corner.
cc @ys2843. we will need to have the master branch path in a consistent way as other release versions on the website so that the redirect rules won't prevent linking to the master branch doc.
