we should also support the XML descriptor file format supported by the JCR content loader:
https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/content-loading-jcr-contentloader.html#xml-descriptor-files

this is in some special usecases useful, e.g. when adding an descriptor for binary files with additional properties - e.g. additional mixin and language property for i18n json binary file.
