Mod layout on windows

Does any body have any experience of compiling mod_layout on windows. I am
using win2k with apache 1.3.24. There is no makefile for windows in tar file
of this module. Would appreciate if somebody can provide me the makefile. I
tried compiling myself but got error "Cannot open include file: 'unistd.h'".
